Key features of the DRIP:
- Any current shareholder or new investor may participate in our DRIP by submitting a minimum of $100 per transaction, up to a maximum of $100,000 per year, for the purchase of NorthWestern Energy common stock.
- There is no discount for shares that are purchased through our DRIP.
- Purchases may be made at your discretion by check payment directly to the DRIP administrator.
- You may reinvest all or a portion of your cash dividends in additional shares of NorthWestern Energy common stock.
- Current shareholders may transfer any currently owned shares to our DRIP for the purpose of dividend reinvestment.
- Cash dividends may be deposited directly to your bank account.
- You may sell shares of NorthWestern Energy stock directly through the plan.
